Developed by Toll Brothers Apartment Living, Mirra joins two other communities in vibrant Frisco Square
KWA Construction, a leading general contractor specializing in multifamily developments throughout Texas, has broken ground on Mirra, a 285-unit luxury apartment community in the master-planned community of Frisco Square at the southwest corner of Church and Gordon streets in Frisco, Texas, just east of the North Dallas Tollway. Slated for completion in early 2025, Mirra is being developed by Toll Brothers Apartment Living®, a rental subsidiary of the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, Toll Brothers, Inc. Mirra is one of three neighboring Toll Brothers Apartment Living communities in Frisco Square, including Remy (currently under construction) and Kilby (completed in 2020).

Designed by HEDK Architects, Mirra spans nearly three acres in vibrant Frisco Square. Each of the community’s studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans will feature high-end luxury finishes, including wooden cabinetry with undermount lighting, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and individual washer and dryer units.
A best-in-class amenity package will round out the high-end resident experience at Mirra, including a state-of-the-art, two-story fitness center, resort-style pool with cabanas, expansive coworking space, clubroom, mail room, bike storage, dog wash and outdoor lounge with gaming and barbecue. In addition to off-the-street parking, the community’s 435-car garage will include electric vehicle charging stations.
Mirra is the fifth North Texas project that KWA Construction has been selected to build for Toll Brothers Apartment Living, including Kilby and Remy in Frisco Square, Lyle in North Dallas and The Settler in Fort Worth.
